I’m Amber, a strategist at my core.

Most of my expertise has been built by loving something or someone enough to try. With ministry near the top of my list, I've spent a lot of time figuring out how to help us be good at doing good.

I’m an HR professional by trade, PK by blood, and incessantly fascinated by people. I’m pretty much always observing, pondering, and ideating solutions no one asked for. So when one of you actually lets me do something about what I’m seeing, I’m overjoyed (cue Stevie*)!

I bring ease and joy into the work I do and the life I live. Please know that I don't take myself as seriously as I take my call.

My childhood church was “dedicated to developing balanced people of God who will advance the Kingdom of God.” After reciting that every Sunday for over 20 years, it’s no surprise that it’s become part of my personal mission, too.
